GROUP TRAINING

Group Training will be the primary offering at Beacon Fitness through multiple offerings. A full schedule and early enrollment options will be announced later this winter or early spring. The following are services that will be offered.

Adult Open Group Training

Two hour blocks of training time that allow for flexibility in attendance to complete the daily routine. Most workouts are designed to be completed in 30-60 minutes, but the two hour block allows you to arrive and depart at your convenience. All fitness levels are encouraged to join. Training will focus on individualized progressive fitness programming.

Calendar month enrollment options. Space will be limited in each session. Once enrolled, you will keep your spot in that session as long as your membership is current. Morning and afternoon/evening sessions will be offered.

Teen Group Training

Teen group training services will focus on general fitness training with individualized progressions. Meeting 2-3 times weekly after school for 45 minutes, members will train in a coed setting.

Teen Sports Conditioning

Focused on strength, endurance, speed, explosiveness and more to help teen athletes excel in their sport of choice. Promising to be a popular program, use the form below to learn when enrollment opens.

Adult Classes

BE FIT classes will be specific programs such as boot camp, core, H.I.T., stretching and more.
